If anyone has knowledge of any injuries caused by hand-held laser devices,
please get in touch with me. By the way, I am not a lawyer, just a person
interested in the general well being of our fellow citizens.

I am quite aware of this. The fairly recent availability of hand-held
devices with of over 50mW has generated a new level of concern.
