Anyone can recommend me some excellent ophthalmologists who are very good at retina detachment??

I'm a sutdent in Provo, utah.
The retina of my right eye was found detached last March. I took an
surgury at that time. Dr. John Carver did that surgury (with air
bubble?) for me. But it failed. And then, I had to get another surgury
at the end of Apr. This time, he filled silicon oil to my eye. He
planned to get it out in this summer.

Last summer, I went to see Dr. Paul S. Bernstein for my eye. He
recommended me not to get surgury anymore because he thought my retina
might be detached again if I got another surgury. But Dr. Carver still
recommend me to get another surgury.

And so, I'm a little hesitating what I should do.

Anyone can recommend me some excellent ophthalmologists?? Someone
recommended Dr. Stanley Chang in NYC. But he is far, and he is not in
contract with my insurance company. Anyone other good
ophthalmologists??
