The Boston web site states that their Boston 7 lens "utilizes
innovative technological innovations in basic polymer chemistry to
achieve a lens that offers a balance between the effects of low and
high dk materials."

What are these effects that their lens balances?

The higher the dk, the higher the oxygen permeability of the lenses. So, one
would think that higher dk = better. So, I'm not sure why they advertise
"offers a balance between low and high dk".
