contacts always dry out and get blurry

I'm using the Vertex toric contact lenses and i've been experiencing
some problems with them. First off, my left contact constantly rotates
out of position and everything gets all blurry and sometimes it never
fixes itself.

Another annoying thing is whenever I try to read a book or magazine my
contacts dry out tremendously and I have to end up putting eye drops in
every couple of minutes but when I stop reading and just watch tv they
don't feel as dry (but they still feel dry). In general, my contacts
feel sort of dry throughout the day and they get even worse at night.

And my last question is, is there a way to stop my contacts from
rotating and making everything blurry? Will getting a different brand
of contacts help correct all these problems?
