This is the reason why I requested a "single-focus" lens.

At this time I have 20/20 for distance.

For near, I use 3/4 diopter lens when working on this computer. My
refractive STATE is 3/4 diopters.

Don't understand.
If you ask a doctor to do something, just a fixed lens please, and he
refuses, it is time time find another doctor.
This story just does not compute.
