I have been having diabetes type 2 and I realized for 5 years ago.
After 4 years the vision began to diminish, was seeing but blurred and

I'm glad you were able to get all that exess fat off your body and cure
your diabetes.

The supplement and the saunas had nothing to do with the cure except
maybe as a psychological benefit.

It was the weight loss. Pure and simple. Not a miracle, just basic
physiology. Almost all type II diabetics can do the same thing by diet
alone.

Do they eat lots of tamales/tortillas in Peru? It's one of the reasons
diabetes is almost a pandemic among Mexicans and Mexican Americans.

Maybe it has something to do with the flat-earth society.

I am happy that you are a naturist. I used to read magazines about
naturists at the newsagency when I was 12. Playing volleyball was my
favourite. Do you play volleyball? Can you send me some pictures?
