Eye Twitching?

I've noticed my eye to be twitching a lot lately.

Its only the right eye and the bottom right side is what twitches a
whole lot.

I'm wondering what I can do to stop this.

I managed to stop smoking marijuana, though I do use eye drops since
after heavy of smoking my eyes get red all the time now.

Yet, aside from that, what can I do? Thanks!

Most of the eyedrops that "get the red out" are HORRIBLE for your
eyes.

Horrible.

Seriously.

Rinse with preservative-free saline -- kept in the refrigerator -- if
you must, or use a preservative-free lubricating/moisturizing drop.

It may not offer the redness relief you seek, but .... it won't eat
your eyes, either.
