I have a problem getting really red bloodshot eyes at work in the
office. They do get somewhat uncomfortable, but the way they look
makes me feel much more uncomfortable than any physical feeling. I
work on the computer quite a lot, but I suspect maybe the problem is
more the air in the office than the computer work. I can work on the
computer at home for hours and the eyes don't get nearly as red as
they do at work. Also I've noticed my eyes get the clearest and
whitest when I am in very fresh air like in the forest or mountains
away form the city. So I wonder if my problem is lack of oxygen to the
eyes when in the office? Is that the likely explanation? If so, what
could I do about it? ps.. I did have lasik about 9 years ago.

Thanks!

You mentioned the best solution in the message. Get a Sharp Image air
cleaner.

You had lasik about 9 years ago. How bad was your myopia?

Try preservative free artificial tears for a while. If they don't
help, try a preservative-free antihistamine drop (from your doctor).

I'm not a doctor.
