Help w/ RX Sunglasses

I have a pair of spy optic sunglasses that I'm going to have single-vision RX lenses put into. I had a couple questions:

1) I do a lot of rafting and fishing and want a lens color that is best for this application. From what I gather online, I want to go with an Amber tint. Does this sound right?

2) I'm also pretty light sensitive... assuming the above is accurate, should I get an amber lens that blocks 75% to 90% of sunlight?

3) I want to get polycarbonate lenses since I'll be using them for active sports and I also want to make sure I have 99% to 100% UV-A and UV-B protection. Is this always inherent to polycarbonate lenses, or do I need to spend the extra $ for the UV coating?

4) I'm obviously getting polarized lenses as well unless there's some reason I shouldn't. Is there?

5) Lastly, I'm quite unsure about an anti-reflective coating. It's costs a lot and requires the lenses to be sent out (rather than produced in-house in a matter of hours). I don't mind the wait or cost if it's worth it, but since we're talking tinted sunglasses here, I'm not sure it's necessary. I read somewhere that it can be helpful on sunglasses but on the back-side of the lens only. Should I bother with an AR coating?

Anything else I should consider?

Thanks!
