IOP after cataract surgery

I had a 2 week post-op checkup today. My IOP on the day after the surgery
was 16 and now it's 22. My docs thought "22" was fine but after some
discussion with me, they wanted me to use only one drop of EconoPred
(steroid srop) & 3 drops of Nevanac a day because EconoPred was more
responsible for increasing the IOP.

Should I worry about my increased IOP? According to my docs, there's no sign
of inflammation, why can't I just stop using EconoPred? The last thing I
need is surgery-induced glaucoma.

I wouldn't worry about 22, as you won't be on the steroid that much
longer. The consequences of prematurely stopping it would be the
possible startup of the very inflammation that it is supressing.
