I recently had a vitrectomy with membrane peel and wondered if any one has
had the experience of a pattern of what I call tire tracts . There are four
of these contained in a rectangular space just below the centre of vision
and slightly to the right. Looking at a 27 inch TV at 10 feet this pattern
obliterates approx 1/3 of the left quadrant of the picture. I have a feeling
that these were produced by the vitreous cutter. When I mention these tire
tracts my surgeon said it was due to the gas. Any comments would be
appreciated.
Bill
