Sorry if this is off-topic. My wife has cataracts in both eyes, is
very afraid to have surgery. I have heard of a no-patch,no-stitch, no-
shot cataract procedure- all she does is sit in a chair, connect to an
IV, look at a light, the cataract is removed.
We live in the Baltimore, Maryland suburbs and I have been unable to
find Opthamologists in the area that perform this kind of surgery.
Internet Physician directories do not mention that a doctor does this
specific procedure.
Can you help me on this? Where would I find this information? Is
there an eye doctor association that could help?
