Just wanted to let anyone know who has a prosthetic eye that there is
now a product that keeps the eye socket free of dripping and mucus. My
84 year old friend has a prosthetic eye, and she has used an herbal
supplement called Kan Jang which is used to clean up sinusitis
problems. As it turns out, the same effect happens inside the eye
socket, and now she has great comfort without any leaking or mucus
buildup. I know it sounds gross, but evidently it is one of those
things that people with a glass eye have to deal with. I guess this
product, manufactured by Swedish Herbal Institute, helps to clear the
problem. It's had many human clinical trials and it has no drug
interactions or side effects. Just an FYI,

D.
