New Glasses for New Prescription

Sorry if this has been asked before-

Following a recent eye test I was told that there was a minor change in my prescription.
Should I get new glasses to match the current prescription? My current pair seem fine but I was hoping to find out if there are any health consequences of keeping with the old pair.
