Perfectly matching contact lenses

Is it possible to use the technology, that is used before laser
surgery to measure the eye's optical properties, as a basis to custom
manufacture perfectly matching contact lenses?
I'll need to replace my current lenses soon, and I'd invest a bit more
if this was possible.
I tried researching this with Google, but so far I'm not even sure
what to look for...
