What is the best method of Surgery to prevent complications.

1) Using Mitomycin C
2) Conjuctival Autograpft with Stitches

the best method for recurrent pterygium excision is conjuctveal auto
graftrs with topical drops of anti VEGF agents like AVASTIN with almost
no regrowth
