You have opportunity to do some important observations. I assume that you
are myopic.

One of the dietary measures are minerals. The ocean water is the best source
of minerals. You must not drink it. They are absorbed thru skin. Could you
check your vision acuity all time and after vacation?
When I was young I used to bath in the Black Sea. But at that time I did not
make such observations because I have known nothing about Dr Josephson.

But the issue is what type of vacation is better for myopic. Ocean beach or
lake with sweet water. What is your opinion?
