Worsening vision can be due to a number of factors. It is important to get
it checked out as soon as possible, as this could be as bad as the start of
endopthalmitis (infection inside the eye), or something much les serious. It
could be as minor as the fact that the focus of the implant changes as the
bag that it lies in shrinks around it, and alters its position inside the
eye.
It may be increased inflammation, requiring more topical steroids. It couild
be macular edema, a not uncommon postop problem, which may be exacerbated by
being on Xalatan in the early healing phase.
Call your doctor ASAP, if you haven't already done so.
