-23 D prescription, self treatment with rest methods.

    Our intelligent girl reports more progress.

    By swinging the eyechart with her body she has reached a new record.

    She could see at 6 feet the WHOLE LINE of letters calibrated for 10
    feet (on the black chart).

    To the adherents to the old ophthalmology the task to explain how this
    is possible.

    The girl was wearing -23 D myopic eyeglasses last Dec 31, 2004.

    She has not wore them anymore.

    Dear Rishi,

    I appreciate your "preventive" work.

    Perhaps you could obtain a mild minus
    lens at tell us what power minus lens
    it takes to clear 1.8 cm letters at 6 meters.

    I suspect that it will be less that
    -23 diopters, and it would be
    worth knowing how much
    she has cleared her distant
    vision.

    She resents eyeglasses, they give her pain when she tries to wear them.
    She says she wants soon to be tested with the autorefractometer.

    But only under a sunny day.
