ADD question

    My Rx seems to have 2 different ADD figures (see attached)

    If I am ordering glasses, the +2.25 would be for reading glasses and the +2.5 for Progressives?
    or +2.25 for progressives?
    Or what is the explanation for these two different figures?

    Any help appreciated
