Hi, I had a lazy eye correction surgery when I was three. As an adult I have had mono vision. In recent years my nearsighted eye has been turning out when I look at objects that are close and my farsighted eye turns out when I look at objects further away. I also have severe dry eyes. I am scheduled for strabismus surgery in November. My questions are it reasonable to expect this surgery to be successful and will my dry eyes cause any complications?
