    Hi,

I have lasik surgery on both eyes and on my right eye I have lasik
over RK surgery. After lasik surgery my left eye is 20/20 and my
    right eye is 20/30

Now, it is more than a year since my lasik surgery and I'm going in
for an annual eye exam check up.

I'm concerned most about is when they blow the air in my eye, would
this do anything to my cornea? especially my right cornea because it
    has lasik over RK.

Also is it ok for them to dilate my eyes?

Would you please tell me what to aware of for the annual eye exam for
    those who has lasik surgery?

Thank you very much in advance.

    Dear Jack,

Just relate your concerns to you optometrist or ophthalmologist.

They will be very careful. This is their profession.
They know how to deal with Lasik (over RE surgery).

There are no problems doing any of the standard tests (non-contact
    tonometry-
ie air puff, goldmann tonometry) or a dilation which is still an
    important diagnostic
procedure. So the exam procedure will still be the same other than
    the provider
paying attention to the lasik cap integrity.
