Another fundus photo for the docs

  1. I think I'm just seeing a little extra pigment sitting in a patch of
    relatively depigmented retina.

  3. No sure if that question is to me, but yes, I did. I probably should
    just use patient I.D. #s (unique to my office) on these photos, and will
    from now on.

    It seems too large for a histo spot, and those are seldom sentinal.

    Possibly toxo, but there doesn't seem to be enough fibrosis and tissue

    The borders aren't sharp (the light area). Is this coming from the
    choroid? Is it elevated?

  5. Not sure about the elevation; will bring pt. back in for another look
    soon. Will attempt a stereo photo and will get a better look with sl. lamp.
