Best cleaning solution for hydrogel lenses?

In reading previous posts, it seems that many believe that if you avoid the
"no rub" multipurpose solutions for cleaning soft hydrogel contact lenses,
and use a separate cleaner, it will clean the lenses better and you could
possibly prolong the life of your lenses. Do most of you eye docs agree? And
if so, is there a consensus best cleaning solution to use for regular
    hydrogel and si-hydrogel lenses?

Also, I've seen the cleaners that use hydrogen peroxide ... are they any
    better than any other cleaner?

    Thanks for your advice!

I'm not a doctor but I haven't heard anyone say the above.
What everyone has said is that rubbing is better/necessary.
Not to avoid the "no rub" multipurpose *solutions*. Just
    avoid the "no rub" part.
