I was recently diagnosed with Blepharitis. This is painful and feels
like I always have something in the eye like an eyelash or sand. What
kind of treatment should I look for? Is there any efficient pain
    reliever?

You should see an eyedoc to get a person-to-person explanation. Here
    are the highlights.

    Acute care:
    1. you may need a prescription drop or ointment in moderate to severe
    cases.
    2. you may need an oral antibiotic in severe cases

    Preventative care:
    1. Clean your eyelids with a moist q-tip every few days. there are
other variations of this lid cleaning that your doctor might recommend.
