Hi, I need help and an explanation....

Recently I have had a new eye prescription.
Since receiving the new glasses -noline bi - I have been having
problems with the LEFT lens. The right lens is O.K.

When looking at a light at (i.e. street lamp I see a halo and it
appears double. The same applies to looking at other lights such street
signal lamps..... As well, when looking across the street at my
neighbours street address the light appears double and is blurred.
Please note, when looking at lights at a fairly close range I do not
have this blurred or double vision.

When I put on my old glasses I do not have this blurred or double
vision in the left lens. The reading..... seems to be fine..

The NEW prescription in the LEFT eye is
    Sphere -4.00 Cylinder -1.00 Axis 148

My ORIGINAL prescription in the LEFT eye was
    Sphere -5.00 Cylinder -1.00 Axis 125

I have been back to the optometrist and he has slightly changed the
    prescription. It still is blurred....

The store where I purchased the lenses from has been very accommodating
and has remade the LEFT lens a number of times.

Can anyone tell me what is happening?

Any and all information and help is appreciated.

    Thanks,

    Dee Dee
