Chosing a 'high index' lens

    Hi,

    I'm looking for recommendations for new lenses.

    The frames will be Flexon 154 - eye size 44mm.

    My prescription is: (single vision)
    OD -8.50 -.50x35
    OS -8.50 -.75x145

    I'm considering Essilor Crizal Thin&Lite1.60, Pentax UltraThin 1.60, or
    1.67.

    Any recommendations and advice on these or other lenses will be greatly
    appreciated.

    My priorities are 1) optics, 2) weight, 3)thickness
