cortical cataract and exotropia

    Could having a cortical cataract in one eye eventually lead to exotropia?

    Also, can cataracts cause eye pain and headaches from eye strain?

    theoretically this is possible but in practice I have never seen it happen.
    Exotropia and cortical are most commonly not related to one another.
