Discussion in 'Optometry Archives' started by Herbert.Kocks, May 17, 2007.

  1. For a coastal dweller with advanced wet amd,
how much danger would a week at +1600m
(~1 mile) pose? Zermatt, Switzerland, and
Albuquerque, New Mexico, are approx. 1600m.

    Thank you,
    Herb

Are you worrying about UV, lack of oxygen, or low air pressure?

  3. The latter: lack of oxygen, low air pressure (with high blood
    pressure),
a retinal bleed, &c. UV we can handle.

How do you (did you) handle the retinal bleed?
