Differance between 2 prescriptions.. what does it mean..

    Curious what the difference is between these two prescriptions in laymans terms.especially since the CYL and AXIS is different. Also why the 2nd prescription has an ADD.
    1st prescription
    OD SPH +6.75 CYL -1.00 AXIS 090
    OS SPH +5.30 CYL -1.00 AXIS 020

    2nd prescription
    OD SPH +6.00 CYL +0.50 AXIS 160 ADD +2.50
    OS SPH +6.75 CYL SPH AXIS (BLANK) ADD +2.50

    how bad is the difference?
    What can cause such a difference.. early glaucoma?
