"drastic" change

    I saw my eye doc the other day and she said there was a drastic change in my eyes. Oct 2016, sphere -3.25 bilateral and now, April 2018 sphere is -2.0. She said I need to have lab work drawn and to get ahold of my PCP due to the "drastic" change. Can anyone explain why the concern? Vision did get better according to her tests.
