I had an eye exam for contacts about 2 months ago. My prescripton is:

    OD -3.50 -075 170
    OS -3.75 -025 015

I have a slight astigmatism in my right eye. The doctor prescribed
contacts that were -3.75 for both eyes. I have Focus Dailies and only
wear them once in a while. I noticed that my right eye is a little
blurry and feels like the prescription is too strong in that eye. I
have had contacts before and remember another doctor telling me that
prescriptions for contacts should always be lower than for glasses
because contacts are closer to your eyes. If this is true then I have
been given the wrong prescription for contacts. I've been thinking
about going back to the doctor, but also think that it could be
related to my astigmatism. I heard astigmatism also causes blurred
    images. Any suggestions... Thanks...

Go back to the doc and tell him that those lenses aren't right for you.
Based on my personal experience <sob> the first [dozen] trial lenses are
    NEVER correct.
