Thought I'd share alittle about what products/treatments seem to be
working for me related to my dry/irritated eyes, which I've had for
    the last year or two...

Started Restasis, which, after about 6 weeks, seems to be helping my
eyes alot. My eyes feel better, I'm using moisturizing drops less
frequently, and the redness in the morning seems to be slightly

For eye lubrication, Theratears has worked the best for me. I've
tried them all, and these drops seem to be the most compatible with my

I also use Patanol, which seems to have benefits 'beyond just allergy
    use', for my eyes.

I'm taking fish oil capsules, Theratears nutrition, and vit. C, E, and
A, each day, and have increased my water intake. Also, I've changed
my diet, taking into consideration, the possibility I have food
allergies and/or rosacea, but hoping these aren't a factor. So I
mainly eat vegetarian, and try to avoid hot spicy foods, and milk

I'm avoiding the use of vasoconstrictor (i.e. Visine) drops.

Also trying to get as much sleep as I can.

Anyway, this eye thing has been a real headache for me, socially and
activity wise. With Restasis especially, I've seen alot of
improvement...hope to get back to doing all the things I used to do,
before getting sidelined my this. Hope this posting helps some people
out who are having eye problems!
