    Dear Second-Opionon Friends,

    Subject: in memoriam

I thought we should take a moment to honor those
who gave their lives in service of tihs "nation."

Along with that, I will spend this weekend reflecting
on AND honoring the loss of my cognitive function.

It gave its life in the DISSERVICE of eyesight
    and vision.

Of all the tings I have "lost," it is my MIND that I
    miss the most.

    Enjoy,
    Odis

    Well, now ...

You certainly showed him/her the meaning of class.

I don't know whether that's true or not, but ... I'll stand by MY
    previous statement either way.

Ya' never know. I have a pretty lively sense of humor ... except when
some ignorant turd induces double vision in the unwary and uninformed
    and can't be chased away.

Have you ever experienced persistent double vision? I have. Call me
after you've lived with it for a few months. Let's see how you feel
    about it, then.

    Kisses,

    Neil Crooks

I tried the double vision thing a little bit. It was fun. Fortunately,
since one eye was stronger than the other, my brain learned to ignore
one image, and I saw one image (but with no depth perception, the kind
you get when you see out of both eyes).

I honestly can't say I was expecting that sort of reaction. Hm.
Wellll ... then that almost doesn't count ;-)
