How to increase intra ocular pressure??

    Hello,
    My father once during his work went through blurring of vision. So he went to doctor where he is diagnosied with right eye retinal problem . His retinal was having holes and skretches. So he went through retinal detachment surgery before 4 years. His right eye is now infacted with some gel substance and doctor adviced that once eye pressure i.e intraocular pressure is built up the gel can be removed but yet no pressure is building up. What should i do so that his intraocular pressure can rise up.
    Please do guide me if possible.
