Is this really a strong prescription?

    So I’ve been getting headaches at the computer and while reading, so I got a prescription for computer/reading glasses. I was also recommended blue blocking lenses since I suffer from migraines. I decided to stop at an optical shop to ask about prices. When I handed over my prescription the optician said my prescription is very strong. I know my left eye isn’t very good, but she didn’t really comment on the difference between my eyes. She just said it’s a very strong prescription several times. The prescription is R +1.50 -0.75 165 L +5.00 -1.25 013.
