Lens Thickness calculation

    Is it possible to calculate the lens thickness from my prescription
    using Hoya 1.60 Index and 1.70 Index Eyry lens. The lens will be
    reglazed into a pair of Hoya Rimless Glasses.

    Right Lens:

    Sphere : -5.50
    Cyl : -1.00
    Axis: 20
    Prism: 1.5 Base Out

    Left Lens

    Sphere: -6.00
    Cyl: -1.00
    Axis: 5
    Prism: 1.5 Base Out

    Pupilary Distance: 70mm

    Bridge Size: 19mm
    Lens Length : Width 30mm, Length 49mm
