My eye goes out of focus

Sometimes my eye goes out of focus for a while but seems to work fine
again the next day. Is this due to fatigue or is there a common
ailment? It is my right eye and my left eye doesn't loose the ability
to focus. For instance, I cannot read a screen or see faces clearly.

    Any ideas?

I find this puzzling. If the eye is farsighted, how can it not show the
    symptoms?

Thanks for the feedback guys. I guess farsightedness makes sense. I
had corrective laser surgery on the eye that gets blurry about 4 years
ago. It seems fine otherwise so maybe it has a degenerative weakness
anyways. Or maybe I overuse it. It was -2.5 while my "good" eye was
-.5 (and I had no surgery on it). Maybe I should try wearing a patch
over my weak eye during some part of the day...

    Best wishes,
