    | I was looking into some neck pain and saw this article I thought would
    | be of some interest.

    ---------------------------

Any tension on any part of the body can create an imbalance such that it
can contort a human into a bent mess. Tension in muscle reduces fluid
movement which in turn reduces waste clearance.

The waste becomes a deposit and 'dries' which serves to stitch the many
different forms of tissues together, further restricting movement and
magnifying the problem. Hardening occurs and pulls on other muscle, and
tissues, restricting their movement and fluid flow. You may well be aware of
the odd clicky sound when you move sometimes. Often it's a 'release'.
Something avoided, particularly with yoga techniques.

Fluid restriction means that individual cells are deprived of 'fluid
nourishment'. It dries further and stiffens. Less fluid within a cell means
a thickening of the cytoplasm which carries various signals within the cell.
As nerves are ONE big cell it goes without saying that the nerves of the
eyes could well be affected, no matter how little.

    ......Stay loose.

Problem is that these people think that by loosing the nerves you get
hold of the cause of its stiffness.

The cause is mental, the treatment should be mental.

I don't disagree with that at all, Rishi. But, massage can relieve many
ailments within a third of the medically prescribed time. Reciprocally, as
you rightly suggest, tension can also be caused by 'wrong' thought.

I realise that where my sight is concerned I have been using the wrong
thoughts since I was 10, probably earlier? In possessing a book by Janet
Goodrich, I understand better why I am in the state I am in.

Don't believe in the pseudos if you can get the original. Why don't
    you get the original?
