PD range in frames...

    Hello,

    If a pair of frames has a pd range from 65 to 75, are there 10 different frames available (one at 65, one at 66, etc.)? Or is there only one of this frame and the optician creates the lens to focus on the exact pd (66 for example)? Thank you very much.
