    The most useful were:
    - Sun treatment (with and without the sun glass) given daily
    - Long swinging at least two times a day
    - Test card practice (flashing the best seen letters and remembering
    them with closed eyes)
    - Short swinging whenever possible on all objects (until the eye
re-learned to short swing by itself)

The main problem was that I always stared.

If you want a glimpse of the natural relaxed state of the visual
system, pay careful attention when yawning. Just before any tear
comes there is a moment in which the relaxed state is reached.

The point is in learning to stay in that state.

    With love for the truth,
    Evaristo.
