For the past 2 years, I noticed through pictures (and occasionally
been commented on) the appearance of my right eye. It seems when I
smile, my right eye appear appears smaller because of the way, I
believe, my eyelid "closes" over it. This condition doesn't cause any
    irritation or vision problems.

Vague description, I know. But does anyone, aside from my family
doctor who I'll be seeing shortly, have any insight as to what this is
    or what is causing it?

I'm 22, male and have never had this problem occur before.
