Request advise on high quality, analog frame grabber card.

    Hi,

    I'm looking for a good (high quality) frame grabber card.
    -To be used with PAL composite video (analog input).
    -used with area (ccd/cmos) not linescan.
    -One camera input is enough.
    -digital i/o is a plus,
    -and obviously a software development kit, but I guess they all supply that.

    Any advise I appreciated!
