I have NO idea what makes that the "second-opinion," but -- of course
    -- neither do you.

Simple, low myopes should probably not wear their glasses for reading.

Everybody should be meticulous with "visual hygiene" (easily googled).

Good diet, lots of fresh air, sunshine, and exercise are always good.

Periocular warming can restore accommodative amplitudes following
extended near work (which is contrary TO meticulous visual hygiene).

Nothing in there supports anything YOU ever say. It's pretty well
established that there's a correlation between near work and myopia,
though ... for the life of me ... I'm still waiting for it to lessen
    my hyperopia.

You're still a pathological liar and an idiot.

    Thanks for playing, though.
