Okay, I've been curious (and a little worried) about this ever since I found out about it a few years ago. I was getting glasses and the attendant was looking at my eyes through the machine that blows a puff and makes you jerk back like a spaz. Suddenly she says, "Oh...how pretty!" I said, "What?" She said, "You have snowflakes in your eyes!!" She took a picture with my cellphone and managed to get two really clear pictures of what she was seeing in the machine. Sure as...well...crap...there WERE snowflake designs in the sclera of my eye, around the pupil! At first, I thought it was cool...then I started to get worried. What if this is some kind of eye disease? What if there's some tiny, microscopic animal making tunnels in my eyes!? I know, that's kind of far out there...but is that any more weird than having snowflakes in my eyes!? Does anyone know what this is and whether or not it's actually something bad?
