    That's terrible news! I think you implied that if a US citizen illegible
    for Medicare, you can get the Crystalens if you are willing to leave the
    country. Did I read you right? Do you know why you were not considered a
    good candidate? Please explain what "+20 OD means, and how do we know what
    our OD is?
