The more water amount per polymer ratio the more oxygen can go through?

    The more water amount per polymer ratio the more oxygen can go through?

    The more water amount the better and the more the eyes can breathe?

    Traditionally, yes.

    But with silicone hydrogels, not applicable any more - low water content
    still allows plenty of oxygen.
