Uncle Otie? Why weren't YOUR eyes "dynamic?"

I've never gotten an answer from you, about this.

If the "fundamental" or "natural" or ... whatever the **** YOU call
it ... eye is dynamic, in the way that YOU describe it, then ... why
DID you get all the way to -7.00d of myopia before finally having
    cataract surgery?

Why didn't you simply use plus lenses to reverse the trend and become
    emmetropic?

    Please explain this apparent contradiction.

    Inquiring minds want to know....

    Thanks!

[Like each and every question that I've EVER asked you ... the answer
to this one seems quite important.

It does make one wonder why you avoid it, and any other direct,
relevant, logical, coherent, and rational question, now doesn't it?]

    Uncle Otie????

Why won't you answer anybody's direct, reasonable, rational, logical
    questions??

    Hmm.

    Uncle Otie??

Such a big fan of "the eye follows an applied lens" theory.

    Why DIDN'T yours??

I should think you'd JUMP at the chance to explain this....

    Uncle Otie??

This is such a PERFECT question for you.

    Why aren't you answering it?

    Otis???

Are you off your meds again???

This is a no-brainer question for you -- perfect, by definition.

    How about answering it???

    Otis??

If YOUR eyes were dynamic -- as you describe -- then why DID you reach
    7.00d of myopia?

I still don't understand, and you still won't explain.

    Hmmm.

    Otis?

Why won't you answer this question.

I'm sure others would find your answer (evasive, non-responsive, and)
    interesting.

    Otis?

You came and went, again, without answering this really important
    question.

    Why is that??

    Actually, Uncle Scrotis ...

If I "thought" the way that YOU do, I might imagine that -- since your
eyes got worse and worse and worse and worse -- it was the plus lenses
    that CAUSED it.

So ... since plus lenses OBVIOUSLY hasten myopic progression, what is
it that you hope to gain by promoting their use?

    Thanks, Uncle Scrotis.

    Otis??

It appears that you may have overlooked this post.

I'll bump it up ... in hopes that you'll address the perfectly valid
and reasonable question that I've posed.

    Thanks!

    WHOOPS!!!

This one might have escaped your notice again, Otis.

But I KNOW you want to answer it, directly. You must tire of the
incessant whining. Don't you think it's time to actually HAVE a
    reasonable discussion??

    Otis??

NOT answering valid, direct questions ... leaves you looking like a
    total idiot, no?

You'd think that ... something in your warped psyche ... would want to
    avoid that, but ... no??

    Hmmm.
