Please post here your experiences about changes in the vision while
    wearing silicone hydrogels.
And, are the changes for the better or for the worse? only hyperopic
wearers experience changes in their vision or this may happen to
    myopic wearers as well ??

Changes in cornea curvature and thickness and resulting prescription
changes occur primarily in people who switch to si-HYgel lenses from
lower oxygen permeabilty standard soft lenses, especially when worn for
    "extended wear".

You get more oxygen, swelling decreases, prescription changes. Healthier
eyes, that's all. No great change in curvature-related optics (unless,
of course, the lens is purposefuly fit incorrectly and uncomfortably.)

Why all the posts, Tom? If you cannot afford the Night&Days, why obsess
over their benefits? Likewise if you cannot afford the Acuvue One-Days
(which have to be more expensive than the Night&Days, especially if plan
on abusing them and get hurt.)
