UV damage to eyes and skin

Discussion in 'Eye-Care' started by ferrariboston, Jul 3, 2004.

  1. I'm living a pretty sunny location. And my eyes have slightly
yellowed on both sides. I thought it was from using bad day contact
lenses which I had to press into the eye to get out and damaged them.
But the optician (although not good in the country I'm in) I saw said
it was UV. DO normal glasses not protect your eyes from the UVB and
UVB. I guess I should wear sunglasses and black hat!

also does UVB and A get relected up a lot ?
